Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget performance assessments.
- Ensure precise, timely, and pertinent recording, reporting, and analysis of financial data.
- Execute job cost allocations and quarterly reviews for costs and standard costs, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Several years of experience as a CPA, with a preference for candidates from an accounting firm background.
- Proficient to advanced skills in Excel, encompassing formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation, as well as proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
