NEXTHOME | Demand Surges In Copperstone

Tucked away in a quiet corner of southeast Calgary, the community of Copperstone has an enviable reputation as a hidden jewel. Also, new exterior designs featuring a take on the modern farmhouse exteriors as well as the legal basement suite options have been a hot topic among buyers,” he tells Calgary New Home + Condo Guide.

As mentioned, Vesta’s flexibility in offering buyers a mix-and match finishing option for their home has been a key component to its outstanding success here. “People love the idea of being able to personalize their home and not be limited to the colour palettes chosen by the builder,” van der Linden says. The freedom to add a legal secondary suite has also been a big reason why buyers have fallen in love with Copperstone.

“There is a big demand for these homes in Copperstone, where a lot of families new to Calgary are putting down roots in – many of whom have multi-generational households,” he adds. The Signature Collection of laned homes has also been a big hit for Vesta in Copperstone. These highly sought-after three bedroom homes range in size from 1,735 to 1,867 square-feet and offer choice, versatility, and most of all comfort.
