Warranty Info
Every new Vesta home is covered by a 10 year warranty program provided by Traveler's Warranty, approved by the Home Protection Office of the British Columbia Government.
Our warranty coverage includes:
- 1 year – defects in materials and labour based on the building code
- 2 year – defects in materials and labour supplied for major systems such as the electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation
- 5 year – any defect which may result in significant unintended water penetration of the building envelope
- 10 year – defects in materials and labour which results in a failure in the load bearing portion of the home.
