WestPointe was an enclave of single family homes set on parkland in Luxstone Park Estates in young vibrant Airdrie.

WestPointe offered innovative architecture in a variety of home styles ranging from approximately 1,400 to 2,000 sq ft., open floor plans with great rooms, oak cabinets, brushed chrome hardware, Delta single-lever faucets, and some homes featured 3 bedrooms plus a loft. These homes also featured basements, and design choices included choice of laundry location, and either attached or detached garages.
