Since 1989 Kent has been involved in the development and construction of real estate in BC's lower mainland and Alberta's Calgary region. Kent's role is to provide leadership in direction and operations as President of the Vesta Group of Companies. Kent has been a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builder's Association for the last 15 years and served on the Board of Directors for the 3 years ending 2003. Kent currently serves on the Board of Directors of Knighthawk Inc. and on the Advisory Board of Nightshift Ministries. Kent is a member of the North American Builders Association, Calgary Home Builders Association and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and a Chartered Accountancy degree. He enjoys dirt biking, running and family activities with his wife and three children.

Dennis oversees the land acquisition, planning and development for the Vesta Group of Companies. He is responsible for the overall sales activities for the company. Dennis has over 20 years of experience in land development, construction, and the real estate market. Raised in the Lower Mainland, Dennis and his wife have two children. Their family interests include motorcycles, horses and boating.

Dan oversees the planning, design and development of all new Vesta communities in Alberta. With over twenty years experience in the construction business, he leads the construction management team to ensure the best quality at all our building sites. Dan holds the designation of Certified Professional Builder R-2000. Dan is married with two daughters. His family enjoys and is very active with show horses.

Lynn oversees the marketing and branding efforts for all of Vesta's communities in British Columbia and Alberta. She holds a degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the University of British Columbia. With over 17 years in the homebuilding industry, Lynn has served on several Chamber of Commerce and Homebuilder committees. She is a member of SMEI Vancouver. Married with 3 grown children, she and her husband enjoy the time that goes with owning an old wooden boat.

Chris is the Alberta Development Manager for Vesta. He was brought on by Vesta to manage the development of the new 160-acre community of Williamstown in Airdrie, AB. Chris's role is to manage the consultants through planning, engineering and the construction processes related to Williamstown. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts (Urban Geography), from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Environmental Design (Planning), from the University of Calgary. Chris has extensive experience in planning and development. His previous employment was with the City of Calgary where he held the position of Senior Planner, Sustainable City Team. Chris is an avid golfer and enjoys playing competitive hockey in the winter. He also enjoys playing recreational softball, curling, squash, and going skiing. Chris is also a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary in the Environmental Design and Urban Studies programs.

Kelvin manages all aspects of Vesta's homebuilding activities for British Columbia. With over 25 years in the construction industry, Kelvin holds a B.C.I.T. Construction Technology Certificate, Project Management Option and is Registered as a Certified Technician with the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of British Columbia. Kelvin is married with two children and enjoys NASCAR Racing and NFL football.

Greg oversees all aspects of the estimating & budgeting, tendering process, permit applications and purchasing for all building sites in British Columbia. Greg received a Diploma of Civil & Structural Technology with honours from BCIT in 1992. With 15 years experience in the construction technology business, Greg has been a part of the Vesta management team since 2001. Greg is married, enjoys video & board games and spending time with friends and family.

Clayton oversees production of all multi family and single family homes in Alberta. With over 15 years of construction experience he now leads the Alberta construction team; Clayton holds certificates from BCIT for code and management courses. Clayton is married with two young children and enjoys camping with his family and riding his Harley.

Brian manages all aspects of Sales in Vesta's Alberta market. Brian has a home in Airdrie and actively represents Vesta with his involvement in the local Chamber and Homebuilders meetings. Since 1978, Brian has extensive experience in Real Estate Sales and Development from previous roles of a Sales person, a Sales & Marketing Manager and a Managing Broker. Brian and his wife enjoy RV'ing, canoeing, and family time. Brian also volunteers with non-profit organizations, the church board and facilitating Personality Assessment workshops.
